When will I receive my order?

All prints are made to order, please allow these approximate production times.

  • Unframed Prints - Dispatch in 1-4 business days.
  • Framed Prints - Dispatch in 3-10 business days.
  • Canvas Prints - Dispatch in 3-10 business days.

Once dispatched from Geelong Victoria, your tracking info will give an approximate shipping time.

If you need something faster we can express production and shipping, let us know your location to discuss the options.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, just get in touch with any customisation requests using the contact form below or email orders@41orchard.com.au. Please include as much details as possible including design/size/white border details along with a shipping address so we can be as accurate as possible.

Can I visit your Geelong showroom?

Yes, we would love that! The address is Unit 2, 7-11 Moon St. Moolap 3224. Business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

How much will shipping be?

Free metro shipping. For non-metro areas we offer competitive shipping rates that will depend on size and location.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up from our factory in Geelong. Just select 'local pick up' at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship unframed prints and canvas prints internationally rolled in a tube. You will need to contact us to arrange this. Please provide the size, design and address details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

When shipping large fragile items there is always the possibility of damage, thankfully due to considerable protective packaging this is a very rare occurrence for us.

If items are damaged during shipping please contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photo’s of the damage along with packaging. We will then supply a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not refund damaged items, only a replacement will be offered. A return postage label will be provided to return the damaged item back to us.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for you to arrange re-delivery directly with the courier.

Alternatively you can select ‘Authority to leave’ when completing checkout to have your package left at your door if it’s safe to do so. 41 Orchard cannot be held responsible for any missing deliveries when ‘Authority to leave’ has been selected.

What is going on with my order, the tracking information is showing a delay?

Orders are shipped via Couriers or Australia Post from our factory in Geelong Victoria. Depending on your location, under normal circumstances your order will arrive within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch for metro areas and a little longer for rural. You will receive a shipping email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

The above times are a guide only and not a guarantee your order will arrive within a set time frame. During peak delivery times (Nov- Dec) or due to unforeseen circumstances there may be delay’s with shipping providers.
